A Builder That Reads the Ground First

Mesa Rock Construction is a licensed builder based in Calabasas. We plan every job from the lot up: grade, soil, water and access, then the structure, then the finishes.

Tell us about the lot and the job

A builder reads it and calls or emails you back. Nothing is booked until you agree to it. How we use your details.

To send, add what you are interested in, your first name and a phone number or an email.

The lot sets the order of work

A house on a grade sits on decisions made below it. Where the footings land, how deep they go, what a retaining wall holds back and where the water drains. We settle those first, because every later choice depends on them.

Scopes written in plain lines

Our quotes separate the structural work from the visible work. Foundation, walls, drainage, access, framing and finishes each get a line, so you can compare them, question them and change them before anything is signed.

Engineers and permits as part of the job

Slope work often needs a soils report, structural calculations and a grading or building permit. We name which of these your job needs, coordinate the engineer and handle the city submittals with you.

Flat lots too

The slope is where we focus, not the limit of what we take on. Kitchens, baths, flooring, windows and full remodels on level ground run through the same written process.
